Borat Costumes

They are whack.

And that's a shame. They never had time to truly blossom the way cool characters sometimes do. Borat is now a status symbol outside of it's initial realm (at least in the U.S.).

In England, it's popular all over and has been that way for some time. Well, maybe more so for Ali G than Borat, but that's not important. There was a perfect number of people who appreciated Borat in the States before the movie and those were the perfect times for Borat costumes. It wouldn't have been the "cool" thing to do, in my opinion. It would've been done as a respect to a great performer. Now, it's become the thing to do so everyone else associates you with the cleverness that the creation of the character is.

It's a shame, but we all must move on and I trust we will...
